★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than the competitor Mynews which just around the corner in terms of food selection. Sofuto and bubble milk are great options during snacks time! The layout of the store need to be improved. Long queue until the entrance door and blocking people from walking in and out. Efficiency need to be improved as well, slow payment and also slow food preparation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome convinient store opened on 10 Sep 2019. Glad they opened at Plaza Sentral. Plenty of food selections and plenty of seatings. However need to improve your counter payment efficiency. Always long que and jam during peak hours. Great for a quick bite but not great if it takes you 15mins for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for coffee after walk. Even though short staffed, kudos to the staff who efficiently and courteously handled everything. The coffee is black and hot. Good selection of ready food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family Mart, is super convenience store is lightyears ahead of its competitors due to its superior products such as the matcha and dark chocolate soft serve, its coveted oden and UCC coffee. The ready made food is comparable with what it offers in Japan but most of the stores in Malaysia is small.
This is by far one of the busiest family mart and it is small and of course the workers made it lose its charm coz they are still Malaysian as much as the store is Japanese. But seriously even Family Mart in Japan have workers who don't have much motivation
