★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first fall in love for teh halia during my childhood here. at that time I'm not bordered of the ambience and cleanliness of the surrounding. but now after 30 years I think the place should be improved. rats are so big and running around the place. Local government should help the business to improve. It is part of local and tourist attraction in penang for so long, so develop the area to a better teh halia stall and keep the original owner.
