I have been here numerous times and have always loved the high quality of service. I enjoy SGF Vampire treatment the most! Thats the best thing i've ever done to my face. After the treatment i feel like im a new person. And i know im gonna come back to try all the treatments. The whole experience is amazing.

? Price is very attractive, wide selection of treatment. Location: A lot of parking space, but hard to find because there's no sign board. Only a small banner. The beauty centre shares a Lot with a Hair Studio and is located on the 1st floor. Service: Okay. You have to pay first before starting the treatment. No need to wait if you already booked an appointment. Staff is okay. But could be friendlier. They don't greet you, they will straight away do the treatment. Some are not well trained I guess. The therapist that did my eyelash kept asking her colleague "is this right?" so I was kind of worried of the outcome. But thankfully everything went well. And they were really gentle and careful. So I did the eyelash treatment and lip embroidery. It was my first time so I wish they would explain the process before starting the procedure. But no, they will just ask you to lie down and start doing the procedure without saying anything or asking if you're comfortable. I think the therapist should explain everything that she's doing, like for example, "okay now I'm going to apply the numbing cream..i'm gonna start with your upper lip, this is going to hurt a little bit...bla bla bla" just explain and give some warning if it's gonna hurt so we as client can be ready and know what to expect. Also what I do not like is that they took pictures and videos WITHOUT CONSENT from the client. That's one. And two, they posted it on their business page publicly without asking for permission first. I understand it's part of their business to show the before, during, and after photos. But I think they should at least get the client's permission before doing that because I know a lot of people might not feel comfortable having their photos/videos posted without permission. Some won't mind getting their photos taken, and some might not like it to have their photos being posted publicly. So yeah, 3 stars out of 5. The outcome is good, I feel prettier after the treatment. ? The price is also affordable, now everyone can be pretty! The missing 2 stars are mainly because lack of communication (not explaining the process, no greetings, and not asking for permission for recording and releasing of photos/videos).

First time visitor here and I must say that I will deff come back here ! Spa is clean, workers so polite. Service is good ! Thank u sebab wujud dekat Semenyih ?
