Last week, i returned the dress that didn't fit because it was TOO BIG for my size. On the same day I want to return the dress, I send the tracking number to your staff so that she knows the returning item is otw (along with the return form with the new size that i want). The next few days, i saw the size that i want were still available on your website (which I expected you knowing that i'm returning your item that day, would have booked the correct dress size for me because i already paid for it!)
Yesterday, i received an email saying that you have received the dress, however the size that I want is not available anymore and therefore my money is refunded in store credit for future purchase. BUT, I DON’T WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU ANYMORE!! I emailed to your customer service saying I want my money refunded in the bank and not in the store credit BECAUSE IT IS MY MONEY!
The reply I receive was, “Unfortunately, we are unable to cater your request as returns can only be refunded in the form of FV store credit, as per our FAQ”. WTH!!?!
I WAS FORCED TO BUY AGAIN FROM YOU BECAUSE YOU HELD MY MONEY! This is the most disgusting and disappointing experience I had with an e-commerce business. You only want money and so desperate of it!
You have no INTEGRITY. Go and learn what is INTEGRITY and ETHICS and apply them in your business. I should have read the poor reviews on google before I purchase anything from you. I am a very disappointed customer and I don’t want to buy anything from you anymore. Bye!
