This is my first time having fine dining sushi in my life. I’m not really into raw Sushi because of their taste, but Kaito Restaurants has change my mind about it! The texture of the sushi is so tender. Their food presentation is out of world! ?? Really looking forward for next trip to Kaito again!

Dine in with my family. No doubt is Halal Japanese cuisine restaurant. My family love the presentation and taste of foods. Really delicious. My family choices for our first visit is Kaito slider, Crabe pasta and special grill lamb. Recommended place for premium Japanese flavours. Sure will come again.

Not great. The pasta in the mentaiko pasta wasn't properly cooked. Had some raw bits. (You might as well pay a bit more and head to bref) Garlic rice and gyoza was ok. I'm expecting memorable at this price so was disappointed. My partner and I ended up going for seconds at the Turkish restaurant next door. Cause portions were uninspiring on top of taste being not memorable.

Ate dinner here with friends. Personally, despite the more medium/moderate portions you get given the meal, the amount of preparation and care that goes into the meals doesn't go unnoticed. I ordered the Unagi Don (RM68) and the Tori Karaage appetiser (RM28) while tasting every else's dish here and there. The Karaage was sublime given the quality of it; crispy, crunchy, juicy chicken with a side of mayo and lemon to give it some zest. The Unagi Don was flavourful, an umami bomb and an overall balanced dish. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a more higher-ish budget Japanese meal with quality ingredients.

If you would like to experience Japanese cuisine that is full of bursts of flavor, exquisite freshness and taste; with the subtle flair of a beautiful plating, Kaito is where you should dine. All the dishes we ordered had its own unique presentation both in design and the art of cooking Japanese food. The restaurant’s atmosphere was comfortable and the stone ware serving plates kept the food warm and lent an authentic touch to the table setting. The Oysters and fresh fish are air flown In twice a week from Japan. Just have a look at the pictures which tell their own stories of each dishes uniqueness. Trust me this is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have had the pleasure of visiting in KL. Service is an impeccable 5 star rating and take my advice don’t ask to change any of the ingredients in the prepared food, the Chef does not allow any changes at all, and rightfully so. The portions are perfect as this allows you to savor more then 1 dish and your tastebuds will explode with delight , I promise you. Congratulations Kaito for a memorable dining experience. We will surely dine here again Updates Dined at Kaito’s again this week. Realized they adjust the menu every three months and add new designer Japanese dishes so you won’t ever get bored with the variety of dishes they create and serve. Have added pictures of the private dining rooms too. Great if you want to entertain privately! I brought a couple of friends along and they thoroughly enjoyed their evening, and we even met the young head Chef who is dedicated to his amazing craft of creating Japanese food with creativity and fresh new ideas! Wonderful.

Finally a Halal Japanese fine dining that isn't just fancy outlook but truly a fine dine; food tastes heavenly, a masterchef craft with full attention to detail. It's been forever since I could taste a food as freshly prepared and premium, this restaurant is a dream came true. So no worries on the price, it's worth it. There are various sizes of food portions and being a small eater, the small portions type were perfect for me. My suggestion, best to put 'Halal' under the signboard name (i.e. Halal Japanese). I've been ignoring this place for so long before as mistaken it to be a non-Muslim based (non Halal) Japanese shop, despite the Malay label 'Makanan Jepun' didn't convince me enough of it being a Malay Muslim owned. Just wondering how many prospects could have been mistaken the same way I did, could adversely affect more potentials considering Halal fine dining is the biggest strength that distinguished Kaito ahead of the rest. Restaurant presentation and staffs services altogether was on point. Wishing you guys maintain the good performance and keep prospering ahead.

Japanese food art restaurant ? Definitely a mesmerising dining experience in a Japanese restaurant in Malaysia! Every dish is unique in taste asides from its artsy presentation ? Attentive staff and very nice owner came by to check on food. Private rooms and outdoor tables are also available.
