Staff services I dont feel comfortable, need to be more attentive & polite & friendly, especially the way the staff notified what time it going to closed, the face reaction... my goodness.. is terrible..
Soup at par, but can be even better.
Price include drink and ice cream as well (just normal ya)
Choices just typical steamboat choices, nothing special.. but u can order unlimited pork slice as much as u like (this are the only attractive point for me)

β β β β β Great hot pot place in Subang. Key is not to take too much from the self-service buffet area but instead order as much meats + dumplings possible.
Each hot pot set comes with access to the buffet as well as particular servings (like meats) that you can keep ordering. The handmade dumplings that you have to order are hands-down the best part of this place.
It is a very popular place however and you may have to queue for hours or end up not getting a place at all. Definitely recommend making a reservation as early as possible.
It also tends to be very crowded and getting the staffβs attention to take your order can be quite a struggle. I hope that they will add more staff to attend to the onslaught of people.
On a side note, the last we came they gave us 2 free moon cakes - complete with a pretty box. Definitely appreciate the gesture ?

β β β β β Most of the aisle table high seats can seat 4-6 ppl. Cut meats and meat balls are ordered through paper and waiters to be served. Vegetables, sauces, desserts can be refilled at the island self-service. Fresh seafood or cut fish is not available only in paste form.

β β β β β The overall experience was good, booking was easy, food was good and most of the staffs were friendly and helpful.
The downside was that the meat slices were way too thin, but understandable since itβs unlimited order.
The most unbearable part was the attitude of the store manager, i assume. We were not informed about the dining time limit, and he just put the bill right in front of me without saying anything and start punching in the numbers on the payment machine. We also noticed how he rudely informed 2 other tables when their time was up. I mean, he could do it politely and Iβm sure everyone would understand. This needs improvement.

β β β β β One of the better buffet hotpot places I visited.
Key word being buffet, there are better hotpot places but at this price point they serve pretty decent food.
Nice selection meat (non halal), veggies and mushrooms. 4 broths, pick 2, also tasty.
Free flow drinks, simple juices and ice cream for dessert are also included.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Broth gets refilled frequently. Sliced meats, beef and pork and fresh meatballs can be ordered without limit.

Dessert - tongshui & ice cream (vanilla/chocolate)
Meal selection - limited to pork belly, chicken, beef, balls, pork intestine and liver
Buffet bar (self service) - brocolli vege tofu noodle fish ball etc basic buffet selection. sauce ingredients a lot (different kind of chili, garlic, soy sauce etc)
2 stars given for the reason of :
1. pork intestine got bad odor, pork liver wasnt fresh (as shown in pic) it turns to dark color, not over cook, it is due to its freshness.
2. Waiters looks like unhappy maybe due to they are too young age? they can serve better and with a better friendly tone.
