★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not worth the price in Kayu ara to refill a drinks you have to walk half a field , visit once but is last. Seafood choice is so so, but not fresh. Introduce by ilovemalaysiafood from Facebook and get con from this page every time disappointment . No more next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlimited seafood buffet and free flow beer… rm68 for two hours and rm90++ for three hours… like being scam when enter this restaurant… staff services below expectations and they expected your would add on extra hour for dine in. Definitely not recommended and you could get better service and better buffet at others restaurants… I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS RESTAURANT… given one star is too much for me as well…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u come here u really need take the beer package, rm88 for 2hrs & rm40 for add on 1 hrs. Thier in house thai green Chili is nice and have a huge seafood selection, dont expect for fresh seafood cause all steamboat restaurants use frozen ingredient. Overall taste is still good and a lot people complain bad service which I found is not true. U didn't pay for 10% service charge and also 6% gov tax, so what to expect, however the staff still will come to assist u if u called them. As for every 30 min they put live prawn, is more than enough for all guest ( 3 prawn for 3 session=9 prawn) is more than enough to eat, they also have normal prawn. maybe some big eater have higher expectations Not as bad as expected, no staff give us dirty look despite I lost count how many round we go for draught beer refill. Will definitely visit again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth a star. All the bad reviews are true. Food is very limited and super duper not fresh. Guys, please dont waste your money going there. I saw a customer scolded the restaurant PIC for the small amount of live prawns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bbq buffet. I usually don't condemn FNB businesses. Cause I know they just wan to earn a living. But nothing is fresh. From the chill tiger prawns to the red talapia fish to the flower crab. Prawns mushy, fish soiled, crab smelly. Even the ice cream freezer is not cool. Who eats soft ice cream.
The only highlight is the live tiger prawns. Suppose to refill every 30min. But not until 1 hour when I raise the question only they refill. Only 7pcs. The second refill was challenging. The waiter was bringing out the prawns to be refilled only for the counter guy to give him a shook of the head to bring it back. But they did not notice we saw it cause we are the only customer there.
I gave them a pcs of my mind. Saying that if you can't afford to lose in a buffet don't operate. Only then the guy contacted the waiter using the radio communication to bring back out again. Pathetic. If I can give a 0 rating I will

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even worth a star restaurant. This will be my first and last visiting this place. We take 2 hrs package for food and beer, time up for 2 hrs one girl come from counter and inform us is times up your guys only have 5min to finish all food on table if after 5mim not finish will be penalty Rm30 per pax or we can options pay additional 1 hrs to continue to eat. Luckily our food on table is not much left. We come for enjoy the food and we feel like in the jail because she talk so rude to customer. Their seafood is not fresh not fresh not fresh had to said 3 times and the prawn they release in small "river" the prawn is died just few is live. "Only vegetable is fresh"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, this is the worst ever all you can eat or all you can drink shop...
We take the two hours promotion package which is RM68 and before we go in we also realized there is stated that if we exited 2 hours and 10 min we will be charge RM30/ PERSON / HOUR...
So 4 of us already knew 2 hours definitely not enough or us to enjoy the food and drinks, we after 2 hours plus we told them we would like to extend the time, there is a staff kind of rude and tell us, please talk to the counter he cannot do anything, as he said his job is to monitor the time and ask us to leave...
Then one of us walk to the counter and said we going to extend one more hour, which agreed by the counter so we extended 1 hour...
But after the one hour extended, the same rude staff either stand beside our table monitor our food and drinks or else he will sit next to us and monitor on our food and drinks...
Seriously!!! This is the first time ever I felt so irrespectful and annoying treated... He really kill our mood in eating and drinking... I mean I never went to a buffet or all you can eat places the staff will sit there and monitoring what you eat and drink... Totally ridiculous...
End up we quickly leave the table to make payment the counter told us still why not continue because we still have 15 min to go...
I not sure he/she purposely tell us or he/she is being sarcastic to us...
This is how he treat our table's storey... On the next table before our table...
The same staff almost fight with customer due to customer would like to continue drinking but he just want to stop the customer... He not even offer the customer to extend time but what he did he grab the bottle of beer from the customer and slide push the customer and tell her your table time up, and not allowed to drink... The staff is a male and the customer is a female... So the way he talk and actions is like without my manner...

Other than the staff and service... The prawn is been served very nice, it is so fresh, taste good for the prawn... But the prawn will not let me go again with the threatening service by the staffs...
