β β β β β 1. Not all food are fresh - all mushrooms are yellowish and soften, fresh ones should be white and firm. Theres a weird smell as well
2. Shocking price - im not sure its there a difference for the price on google but its way higher than expected after i see the bill. Cant see any price displayed clearly at entrance area as well.
3. Music too loud
4. Inner bottom of the utensils holder is oily and sticky. We need to wipe the soup lafle before we can use it.
Recommend Sukishi in the same mall which has cleaner environment and serves the best freeflow fried chicken ever! And its way cheaper as well.

β β β β β We went to IOI mall feifan hotpot. Total five of us. Their choices was not much and the worst is that when we almost finish our meal wanna take ice cream, theyβve already off the machine. Like what??? We pay for it and machine is off? Ended up I asked them to on back as I wanted the ice cream badly. But only managed to get half cup because finished and they not gonna refill back.
The worst is all 5 of us got diarrhea and stomachache!! Not too sure is the soup problem or food that we ordered. :(
Not good experience overall after first visit.

β β β β β Worst hotpot buffet ever. I wouldnβt even give this 1 star at all.
1)Cleanliness
-Was placed at a seat next to a very dirty table which was still not cleaned up even after my orders arrived,
- self service buffet area was extremely dirty, spoons were mixed here and there and nothing was refilled :)
2)Staff service
-Super slow service,my orders took more than half an hour to reach my table,
- Provided feedback to the manager but was disregarded with a βI donβt careβ attitude :) please retrain your staff as I donβt think Iβm the only one complaining about the manager here :D
3)Quality
- The meat was smelly and not fresh at all.Even after cooking it still had a slight funky smell.Me and my friend both had diarrhoea after the meal.
-Soup was tasteless, just like water
Overall, super unhappy and disappointed after this occasion.Never coming back :D

β β β β β the meats is not fresh, it seems like it left out from the fridge too long. as for customer service is really sucks. also, im not sure if they plus the "birthday service" in the service charge but the service charge was freaking expensive and the birthday service wasn't even anything special and the staffs was really sucks at that. definitely not gonna be visiting anymore

This place serves decent Hong Kong style hotpot items (correct me if I'm wrong)
You can try their dumplings it is a delicious addition that you can add into your soups.

β β β β β Today (23 Jan 2022) is my first attempt on this outlet (and it will be my last !). I thought everything should be fine, based on the past experience from other branches, however it just turns to be a nightmare.

Me and my 2 other friends other the 2 plates of the pork slices and other foods as usual. At first I didn't notice anything wrong. After eating few slices, I started to felt strange, so I look at the meat, and realize is already spoiled (pic attached). I didn't manage to take the raw meat, it is just looks like those pork with cancer, which I seen before in FB post.
I ask the waitress to check the meat, then she take the plate and walk to kitchen, then came back with a new plate saying the previous one already spoil, without any apologize and walk away... I was like really ?? Hopefully I won't suffer from food poison, as I already consumed 1 plate only realized.

First time ask to refill soup - we ask to refill the 2 flavors of soup from 1 of the waiter, after refill 1 side, then the waiter go do other stuff - cleaning other tables (is not packed at that time and not much crowd). I thought may be after he complete his tasks and will come and refill, but no, he totally forget. Because after doing all this tasks, he just stand aside and chit chat with the waitress. So never mind, I asked another person to refill instead.
Second ask to refill soup (another waiter) - come very promptly, but only fill in half full. I was thinking, the soup broth very expensive meh ??

In conclusion, I can say the foods are totally not fresh, the price paid for is not worth the value. Customer service just... a lot of space for improvement, and TRAINING !! (I wonder all the workers are young chaps, no Manager or what so ever)

β β β β β First time trying Fei Fan Hotpot, it was a really great experience compared to other hotpot/steamboat. I've been craving to try this out so excited to the point that I forgot to take photo at the beginning. Excuse my chicken skin, I really don't eat. ?
It was good and delicious food(makes me keep coming back), fast service and good customer service.??
Top notch HOTPOT to recommend. A perfect 5 β.
