I was dealing with customer support Yong . Enjoy dealing with him. He is efficient, courteous, helpful and kind. This company's customer service support is way above market standard. Their newer initiative is combination tiles package pre selected (ID concepts) that rewards buyers with free feature wall tiles. Feruni is really worth consideration for home renos & when year end sale (YES now) it can be very rewarding.

But the service provided by the staff here especially Daniel (hopefully I capture the right name). Despite his leg pain, he still very patient bring me and my son around to explain the texture and the color of the tiles from floor to floor.
Truly appreciate his help n professional advice to speed up our decision making. Thumbs up ??
