Out for delivery for 4 days but undelivered. when i called them to track this parcel they automatic change the status to delivered on Saturday afternoon when no one at home. SO TO WHO?? GHOST?? after one week also unable to trace my parcel. irresponsible!
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER YOUR ITEMS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 9 days for a package delivered from Puchong to reach Seremban! What kind of express you are providing considering Seremban is only about 70 km from Puchong.
Not recommended to use this company's service. Use J & T courier service instead if you want fast and professional courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier only give the package to intended recipient but they don't know how to make appointment either digitally or using phone conversation to the recipient of package. But instead, all of sudden, they make a call and said 10-20 minutes later will arrive at our place. They're also not able to keep their promise to come next day to deliver the package.

One box parcel missing but update as delivered. Call the hotline not in service.
Called the Hq number, they just simply tell u some excuse and end the call.
Please avoid using this courier.

CS will tell u , not in coverage area
but truth is in the coverage area and not that price
