I’ve attended ashtanga class with nadiah for several times. I really love it. Its actually like one to one session and the instructor can really focus on me and correct all my posses (eventhough i hate twist ;). Even nadiah still young, but she really can explain all the benefit of the posses very well! Bravo. The yoga studios very peace and calm. U may try pilates class also which i will try it one day.

Nice and personalised Pilates reformer classes at Fine Body Pilates. Group classes can accommodate up to 5 persons at a time and you have qualified trainer to go around guiding you the right way. Is fun and absolutely working on your body for total workout .

I have attended (and still attending) yoga classes by Nadiah. I was totally a 101 beginner with no knowledge on Yoga previously when i started to attend her Hatha class. Nadiah is very attentive and passionate on yoga. She is able to explain the benefits of each poses and guide you through each step in your progress. For those who seeks for a one-to-one guidance, do join her Ashtanga classes; in which she focus on each of the student and really guide through. Honestly I felt so much better with my body, and learnt that some muscles existed in places i never knew before ? Nadiah has been very motivating and always encourage us to progress while at the same time, listens to the limit of our bodies. Overall, really recommend her classes!! Hint: for a totally new yoga newbie, I would recommend to start with Hatha classes first; to really understand the basic and the yoga language and continue with Ashtanga.

A small pilates studio offering small sized classes. Their reformer classes are well taught and reasonably priced. Instructors are qualified and knowledgeable on bodily functions & workouts

Always a great Pilates workout on the reformer at Fine Body Pilates. Was thrilled to find a studio that does group reformer classes nearer to Ampang/KL city centre. Classes are taught by articulate and experienced instructors, Fiona and Natasha. Having done one-on-one Pilates and Gyrotonics for more then 10 years I would definitely be able to tell that the sessions they do are good. Also, tried the dry-needling therapy available there with Mabel on an injury I had. Together with some rehabilitative Pilates reformer exercises it worked well on getting me mobile and fit again. I would totally recommend Fine Body Pilates.

I have been attending yoga class for months and loving it so much! Nadiah is very dedicated instructor and be able to explain the benefits of each poses and will guide you through each step in your progress, regardless you are a complete novice or a seasoned practitioner. With her patience and dedication, it creates an encouraging environment for me to show up to my practise every day. Loving the ambience of the studio as well! ❀️❀️

For someone who rarely exercises and only does home exercise and stretching, the pilates reformer class is the most suitable exercise for me as it worked on my core and flexibility (one thing that I love the most). So I pulled my mom into this. She loves it too. Also, since I have mild SCOLIOSIS and have stopped going for physiotherapy, attending this class was like a physiotherapy for me as well. My back felt more relaxed and I don’t get shoulder pain as frequent anymore. And most importantly, I like my instructor. She’s the best! One of the reasons why I continued this class. Thank you Fine Body Pilates.

I just love attending my pilates rehab session and Sri has been such a great coach. My slipped disc condition got a lot better and I am always looking forward to my session. Will definitely go to the group session once I am all better and stronger with my back. Definitely recommended!
