★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 绝美的普拉提工作室，有许多精心摆设的拍照角落。1：1的课程 能让我更理解每个动作和正确使用对的肌肉，之前上团课的时候时常用错误的肌肉发力而导致下背痛。导师非常有耐心也很有经验，纠正了我的姿势和注重我在每个动作的呼吸。值得推荐的一间普拉提工作室。
 Stunning Pilates studio with many well-appointed photo corners. The 1:1 class allows me to better understand each movement and use the right muscles. In the previous group class, I used to use the wrong muscles and cause lower back pain. The instructor was very patient and experienced, correcting my posture and paying attention to my breathing in each movement. A recommended Pilates studio.

If you attended group class before you might know the difference! Recommended for those for suffer from scoliosis, lower back pain, or any muscle pain due to bad posture
