★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Lousy Airline that cancel your booking and didn't even inform customer on the cancellation and the worst customer service support ever that cannot provide solution at all and keep telling you their policy. LOUSY and i know why they making loss and they deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought for tickets and was in good time for check-in. At check-in im told that one of the tickets is already spent (!?). 1,5 hours of telephonetic costumer service later (mostly adds while put on hold) and we are told we can get one the last plane possible, a ticket that 2/3rds the price of the original ticket. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firefly is getting from BAD to WORST and no wonder this company are BLEEDING and LOSING MONEY. My recent experience with my booking make me believe this company is behaving like a SCAM and all out to MILK MONEY from clients. My booking for 4 paxs from Subang to Alor Setar done on the 3th April 2018 at 10am for flight on the 6th April and back on the 8th April. By 11am I received an sms informing me that my flight was CANCELLED and they shoved me to the 3.50pm. I call up the number provided looking for an answer but was told nothing but TECHNICAL PROBLEM. What an ironic and idiotic answer. I ask for a cancellation and refund since all my plan was upset. You wouldn't believe NON CANCELLATION ALLOWED can change flight once with NO CHARGES more than once I have to pay for the changes. What a SCAM???? On further questioning I was told that I can only CANCELLED THE FLIGHT WAS NOT FLYING. Listen to this tbe GUY gave me an absurb answer NO REFUND ONLY GET CREDIT FOR FUTURE FLIGHT. What a bloody SCAM just collected my money Cancellation was NOT DONE BY ME YET FIREFLY HAVE THE BLOODY CHEEK TO WITHHOLD MY MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked return flight tickets on 10 Aug 2016 for 2 persons to fly from subang airport to koh samui on 02 Nov 2016 until 07 Nov 2016.We received the confirmation from the airline on the same day.
On 02 Nov 2016 we went to the airport hoping to board the flight. However, to our dismay when we reached the check in counter, the staff had a puzzled face.
Until I questioned them, then they said that they no longer fly to Koh Samui anymore and the last flight was last week. They refused to entertain any further questions and referred us to the customer service office. There, the staff said that they have sent an email regarding this cancellation but I have not received any further information in my email or phone.
All they could do was only reimburse our ticket money. They said that takes 30 working days. I am indeed very disappointed with the service of the airline as we already went all the way to the airport to find this out. I wished they could have informed in some way. And what was weird, why do I still need to go the customer service office on my travel day to reimburse my money?
Never expected this sort of service from a local airline. Hope some action can be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only uses atr 72-500/600, they scrapped the 737s. Ok service, sort of smooth touchdowns and cheap. They serve not very good food on short flights. Sometimes they spray their aircraft out of the blue, for 'sanitary' purposes. The plane is dirty. Seats worn, seat belts are old and the planes are a bit old. Would recommend Malindo, MH, SQ or AirAsia over firefly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless airline, insist we needed to pay extra $150 to add a middle name for a DOMESTIC flight. Looks like tax payer money isn’t enough to keep them alive. Also 3 A380s sitting on the tarmac is not gonna pay for themselves. Embarrassing
