β β β β β The environment quite clean. The service was fast. But only disappointment was no greetings from staff and poor customer service. Please improve on your customer service. Overall the cake was delicious n the coffee was great!

β β β β β Literally the cake that you see in the ad, really happy with the presentation of the actual item on the look-wise.
The taste is rather the same as their famous Choc Indulgence but with a bit of twist cus they have a cake in there at the bottom layer. Loved it. β¨

β β β β β 1. Practices strict social distancing by keeping 3 tables empty at all times. (Probably somethig commendable)
2. Foods I ordered for dine-in arrived in 20 minutes (acceptable)
3. Cashier made a horrendous blunder. I told the store manager that i want to redeem free coffee as shown on SR app. She said an absolute yes and told me to scan the QR code when i pay. But the cashier actually included the price of the coffee, hence i had to pay for the so-called free coffee. AN UNACCEPTABLE BLUNDER. They did not want to rerund the money.

β β β β β The food was decent. I feel it's worth to come have dinner during Mondays with the "Buy 1 Free 1" promotion. I ordered the chicken chop, which was quite delicious. However, my dad ordered the pan grilled dory, which took quite long to get. It was also very oily and the portion was quite small as well. The staff was friendly, but service itself was quite slow which was surprising, considering it wasn't busy when I was there.
Overall, its worth coming for the promotion if you want to bring your family or friends here.

β β β β β Terrible is the only word to describe this restaurant.
Came during lunch hour, I was the only one so I thought it should be fast serving. But end up wait for 40mins plus for the fried rice. The next table came later then me get their food slightly earlier than me. The fried rice was terrible and the rice was extremely hard . The service is super slow . Spend so much to decorate the place but didn't upgrade the quality, how to attract customers?
