We are standing outside the shop waiting for someone to come and take our order. When called they just run away and ignore us. Both manager and staff. Inside the shop there were only few customer and it was totally not busy in the shop. If you have alot of order from food delivery please atleast take a moment to greet your customer and tell them your situation.
Bad services. Won't come again.

I understand the understaff and fullhouse situation, but that doesn't mean you can make those long face all day long. Be positives lah.
Was here to break my fast, thankfully food arrived fast - 15 mins.

Food is as per usual.
The set back here is the staff.
Customer service skills zero.
The front waiter will literally "Sergah" you with his scripted dialog thus changing you mind to eat there.If u still decide to dine in.
Dont expect much from the waiter takimg the order.No Smile no Greeting..he is impatient to take your order..if u ask question you are wasting his precious time he could easily invest on "tick tok"
I asked the waiter why the long face why ao angry..he ignored me..the manager on duty is to busy on instagram scrolling other peoples life than acctually doing her job.
I only recieve somewhat a better treatment after they saw me takimg pictures of the outlet and food.
Overall
There are plenty more option in citta mall.
Dont waste your money here in TCRS.

β β β β β Writing this even before Iβm even paying is a testament to how annoyed I am with this branch. Ordered steamed chicken and it arrived cold. When asked the staff why it wasnβt warm, the reply was βmemang macam niβ?? In what universe is steamed food served cold?
Requested extra soy sauce and it was complimented with an extra dash of insect for our dining pleasure. Stay the hell away
