★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but the price is a bit misleading. We requested for Medium Room as we were only 6 pax but cannot because we had to follow SOP, only 4 people are allowed in the medium room, which is fine, because we love to follow SOP, we don't want to get infected or spread the virus.
But the Firezone KTV management needs to do something about this. We have to pay for Large Room and it only can fit 6 people (supposedly can fit up to 10 people). I am not angry because of we need to follow SOP, but to have paid extra ringgit.
What they can do is inform in the list of price and also to update their social media about how many persons can be together in one room, and maybe give discount because we need to take bigger room which mean we need to pay more.
And until when you gonna use the old price list? We also do not know when the PKPP will end.
I give 4 stars because we had fun there although there were some songs missing from the list. We had good laughter, so that's 4 stars from me. Oh and also they compensated us with a jug of Iced Lemon Tea which we were really thankful for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pricey considering that its an hourly based. Rm38/hour is very pricey! Price not including food or even drinks. Songs are not updated, qe barely get to sing new songs only old songs and singers. Sound system is the only good thing. My first and last.
