★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovation done, air conditioning much better now days, but got served cold burger(I mean cold as in the bread was hard) and upper floor is just like before, trays everywhere. I guess client's supposed to clear after themselves, which I do but I can't say much about the others but staff should check and clear after some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's difficult to find parking at this outlet. Efficient service, although it's a two-storey outlet but there were several tables at the ground floor, it's very convenient for old folks. The bathroom was too small, it barely fit for even one person. Cleanliness can be improved. I once saw rats running at the rubbish area. I hope they subscribe to monthly pest control service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed with the ordering system. 1. The store cannot cope with higher traffic with one cashier on duty 2. After lining up for 20 mins, the cashier told me double down has finished quite a while. I dont believe as this is heavily advertised. And the menu on the upperboard still show. They should inform customer with at least a signboard. 3. When collecting the order, they shout with mask on instead of using the signase of order collection and worst is they key in the column of "preparing order"
I discovered KFC food and service no longer competitive. Sad!!
