★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a convenient location, located at KPMG Tower, right next to One Utama. It's opening hours are very convenient, from 7am to 7pm. You can enjoy the cosy lounge while waiting for boarding. If you need to get a cuppa coffee or grab a quick snack, there is a Espresso Lab right in front of First Couch counter for your convenience. The coach is very comfortable with personal entertainment system for each passenger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very run down First Coach office at Bangsar. Toilet flush lever not function and not clean. The interior and exterior of the office building in a deteriorate look. Screens in front of passengers seats for viewing video/song not functioning. First Coach doesn't seem to be interested in giving the most to the customers though they charge the passengers for such facility. Except its route to/fro Singapore is acceptable.

the bus is clean as well.
note: they only serve light snacks on the bus, so prep your own meals. Though they will make a pit stop for meals at Pagoh or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOUSEFLIES PROBLEM - Very good and professional bus service between SG and KL. I have taken this service many times and hope to continue so. It is unfortunate that this time, it stopped for lunch and toilet break at one of the dirtiest R&R which has countless houseflies and the driver did not close the coach door during the 20 mins break, allowing over 10 flies to enter and join us for the rest of the 3 hours journey. Really spoilt the otherwise peaceful trip. Just some humble suggestions:
1. Change the stop over locations. Some R&R have serious houseflies problem for years and the authorities just don't bother to solve them. It is also a health risk to consume food there.
2. Keep the coach door closed to avoid the flies entering
3. Install UV light flies trap on the bus
Just realized from past reviews that this is not the first time passengers have feedback on this problem. Hope Firstcoach will really put in some effort to take some action if they want to continue providing good services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short: Coach used was in good condition, polite & safe driver, cost-effective, simple snacks (biscuits and a bottle of water). Air-conditioned. Seat selection available online during purchase.
Reclining seats with ample legroom. Entertainment system for each passenger. Quite a decent choice of movies including cartoons. Music options too. Didn't try the games. Bring your own headphones to plug in for audio. Makes a 20-min stop at Pagoh, one of the bigger R&R stops where you can top-up food, etc. No toilets on the bus, so do make use of the single-stop each way.
