β β β β β Really enjoy every moment here. It's a good place to hang out with friends or have a dinner with family. But recommended to plan your time. Because it will be pack every night usually on 8:00 pm onwards.

β β β β β Clean establishment with friendly and helpful personnel. The double prosperity beef burger and twisted fries was tasty and served warm. I enjoyed my Friday dinner. The fast food restaurant is spacious and has many tables and chairs. A good place to chill and do a bit of reading.

β β β β β Staffs are not well trained. I have to repeat my instructions 5 or 6 times on a simple cup of coffee before the girl can understand and after I made my order 3 mins later, she can't be found and I have to repeat the same instruction to the the next one who made my coffee, 3 or 4 times before she can understand too. I won't go back to this place. Many seats upstairs but nearly half of them are noisy due to the TV screen and some areas are too cold, air-conditioning design is poor.

Thanks to Siti Ramadan, she was such a friendly staff from the moment I met her and she was very helpful throughout the entire birthday party. She followed through the special requests and was very attentive to ensure our party was going smoothly. Thank you for giving us a memorable birthday experience at McDonald's!

β β β β β Went there to see the new French Fries crosswalk, quite nice for photos, does remind me of Japan's Shibuya crossing!
It's really just a simple painted French Fries box on the floor though.
The restaurant is kinda smallish but there's still plenty of space upstairs to dine in. Sit near the windows to people watch.

β β β β β I've had the best experience especially when comes to their service. Foods are pretty much average just like any McD locally, but the food has been delivered to the table within 5 to 10 minutes. They could've done better job when comes to hygiene.

β β β β β This is a 24/7 fast-food. Service is slow, very packed with orders.
The restaurant smells of cigarette and vaping smoke. Really, they need to ban those customers from doing it in the restaurant.
Their ordering system is not reliable and it depends on human interference to get orders moving.
The location is actually quite good.
Hope they improve the next time I visit again.
