★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever courier service. In all seriousness they are very late, incompetent with absolute refusal to cooperate. Seriously peeps, heed my advice and use some other courier services even if it costs you tad bit more. Saves you the unnecessary headache and bad service. Have bad experience with them because Lazada uses Flash for some delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and unable to attend high volume of deliveries. Packages too more than two weeks to deliver from klang to klang valley. They pass to another third party to deliver and taking up to three weeks to deliver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazada used this courier to send my parcel, took more than 2 weeks to deliver. Reached Batu Caves distribution centre just 2 days time, then got stucked. When I check the status on their app (bear in mind the call can't get through at all, chat forever in queue...), they sent the parcel back to Klang, like what!? Luckily it is sent back and delivered to me. Please avoid using this courier. Lazada please de-list Flash from Lazada delivery partner list.

I wish there was a way to rate them zero stars, or negative. Lazada handed over a package to them 8 days back for delivery. The status has not changed, and it is still where it was. Have tried using their chat (waiting list queue number 28, 57, 71, 53) for over 4 days, and after 30-40 min of waiting they throw you out.
Tried calling them 3 different times and spent over 30-40 min on hold without any access to a human being, or even being able to speak with someone.
AVOID at all costs. Completely useless and a disgrace to the courier industry
