★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Ezi drive through, beware when you guys drop off your parcel. The staff over there just don’t care and throw your parcel in the box even though you handover to them nicely and say thanks to them politely. Is that necessary to throw the parcel? Instead of just put it in gently ? Susah ke? Rezeki susah cari tau??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received an update from the bank that my parcel was not delivered because nobody was at home, but I am at home all the time. Nobody called about the parcel and I had to go to the Poslaju office to pick up by myself. When I asked the counter why there was no card in my mailbox stating that the parcel was unable to be delivered, her response was "Tak tau la." Everything that I asked of her, she responded "tak tau la". Then, what do you know? This is the second time where I have to pick up my parcel (containing credit card) all by myself. No notification, nothing! Why? Why lied in the system when in reality your own rider(or postmen) is just some lazy ungrateful person? This is highly unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, my parcel got stuck there for a couple of days using flexi.track number status was "unsuccessful delivery due to addressee is not available".I did not receive any call/sms/card.so I assume flexi means "self pick up".so you guys who don't want to self pick up, don't use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notoriously bad. Pos laju parcel status says unsuccessful delivery but no slip left upon “unsuccessful delivery”. Waiting at home while day but no delivery rider came by.
POSLAJU management needs to take serious action on this.
What a shame….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item is undelivered and stuck at the Pos Laju Kelana Jaya for 9 days. Went to the counter and wish to collect it myself. However I was told that no one able to assist for collection due to the one in charge already off for raya. I was wondering how could this happen when it was still a working day and please at least allocate a staff to assist on this self collection service even though i understood that it was pre-raya week. Now I have to wait for at least another 9 days for delivery or self collection when the person in charge back to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking cost rm2. But has plenty of spaces inside. Went in at 9.20am, out by 9.30am for my road tax so my parking was free. Haha. Pretty fast and good service. Went on a Tuesday.
