★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Petron miles card is stolen by their staff. We put it inside the car and forgot to take it out when servicing our car. Every Toyota Car Service branch we went to before no such things happened before even if we forgot to take it out, after the car service the card was still there too. Anyway, this is our mistake and careless too, as a lesson for us as well.

If you think that your life is too long, you may try the experience with this service centre, you will feel that your life has been shortened after going through everything. Car body become oily and sticky after free car wash. They don't bother to double check everything with you after you sent your car for repair, problems still occur, and you are not able to contact them most of the time. They don't manage their customer's expectation well. Unprofessional at all, don't deserve to represent Toyota.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Toyota Vios in February. After a month of waiting, the agent told that no stock and have to wait until July. More surprising is he then asked me to cancel my booking to buy Honda with ready stock. Only get to know that he has resigned from Toyota. Want to cancel my booking and he is no longer picking up call.

Mr. Liew ( Sevice Manager) said don't need to wear mask when servicing your car as too hot inside workshop.
Mr. LK Lim ( customer service manager) ask us to make police report as we wish.

They provided Outstanding services throughout the whole process of obtaining a loan, insurance, road tax and the trading-in of our old car.
