★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Welcome Service Staf/ Receptionist is not friendly, never smile everytime I came to this centre.
I also confuse what happened to their sampul duit raya. Since I bought the car, I only got it once. This year I tried to call the Centre and ask for the Sampul Duit Raya since Week 1 of Ramadan. They said, not yet arrived. I even gave them my phone number and car plate number and asked them to call me back if the Sampul has arrived. But they never called. So Week 2, I called again, and leave my phone number again. Now Week 3, I called, and the Receptionist told me that the Sampul has finished. When I asked why she did not call me when the sampul arrived? She didn't answer. Very bad after-service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls be careful with your car when sent to SC. My car was “abused” when it was taken for so called test drive. I monitored the car location via My Bmw app. My car was parked at a makan shop around 30 mins. Yes the service manager saw me and apologized for his QC staff action. You may want to keep track of your car once you sent to SC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero star if it allows.. worse service ever seen.. even worse than proton or Toyota or Honda..
Very disappointed with BMW and I will never buy BMW again.
At first the staff said one month to wait for parts.. but I have park my car there for 2 months yet no update no reply when will be ready..
Always avoid call from customer and never update customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before buy or send in your car to repair at wheelcorp 4s service centre, just a wear and tear spare part also need to wait for 2 weeks times. Halo BMW, so big company not even have one spare car battery in malaysia for customer?are you kidding me? If know everything ship from Germany, why didn't keep stock earlier? Meaning to say ask your customer buy BMW car and park at services centre awaiting for sparepart, enjoy the luxury waiting period? Worst service ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With regards to the Service Experience:-
The Ultimate place to go if you want to shorten your lifespan or increase your blood pressure. Personnel lack sufficient training dealing with customers. Received my car after a service with the wheel lock nut unsecured, and the headrest detached in the boot. THANKFULLY, ITS ALL THERE! And I was made to search for my own car in their car park on collecting. No problem, but i couldn't find it since it was hidden behind two other cars. Made a call to the customer service manager but he/she has been busy and will probably not return my call, as I indicated that it was for a complaint. It will be interesting to see what BMW Malaysia has to say about this.
In all fairness, previous experiences here have been decent, 4stars level. Service advisors actually see that the car is delivered to you, so you don't have to go find it yourself and they actually debrief you on delivery. But it seems to be extremely poor this time around. Quotations for items provided were also incorrect.
If you want to buy a car, then you have many helpful salespeople waiting to attend to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services. After previous services I informed that the top cover of my car is missing. The current services it didn't fix it but worst, 2 are missing now. Informed the sales representative but no feedback until now. And my car recorder does not functioning anymore after the services and does not fix my speaker issues at all which already complained 2 times.
