★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to seek solace for your upset tummy. Famed for its plain white rice porridge and fresh pig blood, the steamed white radish soup will also not disappoint. The lotus root soup was still too salty. There are a variety of side dishes from braised pork, duck, chicken claws, fried fish, salted egg and veggies. My cauliflower was too salty and needed a bath in the porridge. Beware of the steamed mince pork burger, for a measly portion you will be left dissatisfied and RM8.00 poorer for giving into your stomach cravings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of ready made foods “Teochew” style. It’s inexpensive but certainly delicious and satisfying. We had rice with pork, egg, sausage, and a piece of fried fish. We also had 3 glasses of iced Barley drinks. All for RM21 or SGD7. Very affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are really really so many types of dishes.... Lost for choice's. Would be great for bigger groups as you can take more dishes to try. But pls note it's on the pricy side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered 3 dishes, 2 vege, 1 tofu, came with the rice and a can of 100 Plus. For little reminder, NO MEAT.
The cashier CHARGED me RM19. The food overall is ok but the price is shockingly expensive, went there once and promised myself again never visit there again.
Food ok but the price is not reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The porridge is a plain one but when the porridge eaten the with braised pork and fermented soya bean pork, it becomes a perfect meal. Both pork dishes stood out as both were super delicious despite ordering through app. One of the best pork dishes I've tasted in KL!

Comfortable and clean environment, and very adequate seating.
Parking car is a problem, but easy to get here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started coming here as a kid when my late dad used to bring the family here after new year’s day prayers for supper. Came here again with my own kids and am delighted to know that the quality has persistent, the chilli sauce is still amazing and also, prices are still very reasonable. A midnight experience for KL city explorers. Hope that post pandemic the opening hours can be extended again!
