★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is tasty, and I savoured every morsel — I was hungry, which lives up to its name. Generous portions too; considering this is USJ, not SS2, where costs and standard of living might slightly differ.
Value for money; a fulfilling meal which left my mother and I deeply satiated.
You can opt to order from their in-house service crew or online (even when dining in) through their scan and order setup, which makes it easier for different generations with different technological literacy.
I myself would very much prefer ordering from a fellow human being if the staff and crew are trained.
I won't comment on cleanliness since I did not step into their toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been buying porridge from this outlet for the last few months for the kids & they like eating it - weekly once or twice.
I've been buying the chicken & golden pumpkin porridge only. Never tried any other dishes though. I find the porridge pricing is slightly on the high side, but if quality & quantity is maintained then I'm OK with it.
I find the chicken porridge could be a hit & miss at times, once had the porridge a little runny (not thick) & twice had the porridge taste sourish/tasteless a little - suspect proper condiments/oil were not put into the porridge - this is definitely quality issues.
Staffs in this outlet could be a little cold, not bothered to greet & welcome customers in my POV. Understood you are running a business, but also it involves customers...so, pls train your staffs to be a better customer oriented person.
The outlet is clean & can get busy during peak meal hours. Parking is a headache in Taipan USJ! But there is a public carpark right opposite this place - so not too bad in that wise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great porridges and kung po pork belly. But what was best is the staffs. All the staffs (all female when i was there) are really hardworking and polite. I went during rush hour dinner and it was very busy period with lots of customers and online orders. All of them handle it really well and attentive to each table needs. Kudos to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard porridge, normal taste but likely too much additives (MSG). I don't get the hype. Many other varieties in the menu. Limited staff, waited quite a while until I noticed there's a QR on the table to make order. The staff did not bother to come over even when customers look lost. No mention about this new way to make order. Lesser a star for lack of service and courtesy.

Order frog porridge and herbs tea. Total RM18 plus tax. If you looking for cheaper porridge then this is not the one shop you should go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porridge and rice option with many choice of flavours. Now, they having lunch value sets on weekdays from 12 pm - 3 pm and also combo sets come with free drink and dessert. Tasty and decent price.
Many variety of home-cooked dishes, can be buy in packed here and convenient for small family. I bought few pkts for coming CNY too.
