★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Taiping seafood from Matang ! So happy to find it here with all the yummy varieties. Especially the little fried fish ( Chi ya hu) which we ate since young and become very rare nowadays.
The porridge are yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked way-off KL city but coming here for a meal with friends is worth the journey, there you will stumble upon a cookery differs from your normal daily gorge. Here they're trying to differentiate their blend of cooking from the everyday restaurants and build a niche of their own cooking. Yes of course you can find the normal servings found on the menu but as the name of the restaurant denotes their speciality in seafood porridge will give you a hinge that you must try their porridge to satisfied your curiosity of knowing how good is their pride offering. Well, we did just that and we ordered a Patin fish porridge, I wouldn't say it's the best porridge I have eaten but then again it's something unique about their approach in preparing a short notice order. This delicacy can command a score of 7/10 points since I myself have never tried this serving so definitely can't give an absolute distinction how it should savor but can only assumed that this is how it should tinge to the choice of the majority. Score of people coming in for their porridge so I can assumed it's to their liking. Probably I need to savoir more different choices to finally come to a conclusion as for now I rest my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice seafood porridge. Many choices of porridge. You can either order dishes with rice. I personally prefer porridge. Service is quite fast and not crowded. Their fish cake is nice. And high recommended for their fried fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seafood porridge is highly recommended, really yummy. So are the other dishes. The fish was super crispy. The meatballs springy and tasty. The French beans cooked just nice and taste good with dried prawns. The clams were steamed with cooking wine, ginger, chillies and fried pork lard. Went around 5.30pm so didn't have to wait long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, great porridge and noodles. You have the option to chose what you want to cook with. From seafood to vegetables. Taste great. Price, very reasonable. Porridge for 2 pax is RM28.00 but if you add another items, then there is additional charges. There are other site dishes you can order like vegetable, fright fish, steamed prawn, cooked crab. Ample parking space. Restaurant is aircond with fan. Clean place. Service is fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very authentic local Chinese food, fresh ingredients all the time, and the price is very reasonable. Always order the minced pork porridge and steam river fish. They can steam it just nice, will never be overcooked. Today, tried another kind of porridge, it's also very delicious. Lunch is crowded, and will take 20 over minutes to steam up fishes.

There are many dishes on offer in the menu. Ordering is easy & service is good.
The highlight is definitely the seafood porridge which was served in a huge black pot. It was delicious. The fresh crab, prawns & cuttlefish were the key ingredients to a great tasting dish.
Overall, we had an enjoyable experience & would certainly recommend this place if you are searching for porridge & seafood or something different from the usual Chinese cuisine.
