The ice kacang stalls are at the lower level whereas the food is on the upper level. So if you are sitting upstairs, you need to carry your drinks and dessert up the stairs.
Stalls are not controlled. You have 6 stores all selling ice kacang. So basically the stalls are competing with each other.
