★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to give it zero stars because a visa change which was advised 4-5 working days is been delayed to a month. I am the only one following up with them and still they are unclear on the delay. When I call their office the lady who is handling my case does not answer then when I call on the direct office line the receptionist says she is in the office and transfer the line but still no answer. Very unprofessional for a company which provides professional services.
This is me providing an update again after a month : I still have not received my visa transfer after 1 and a half months of delay. Its a shame when a professional company dishonour its service and its customer
