★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau rasa nk kena scam dgn janji2 manis mcm free towing bagai tu..sila langgan la insurance dgn company ni...Maw kereta rosak tengah highway ka ceruk2 mana ka,bleh la tidur tepi jalan dlu nampaknya..Call towing services diorang,yg suara robot tu dok ulang benda yg sama..3 hari aku call nk towing keta antar workshop,3 hari tu la robot tu jawab " u are no 3 in queue ",last2 kena keluar duit sendiri jugak call towing luar .100 km free towing yg dijanjikan dlm policy tu,sampai kesudah xdk..Call HQ pon x angkat,call takaful ikhlas negeri lain pon x angkat..Sampai ke sarawak punya pon call x angkat..Apa punya customer service la,cuba kalau kata nk langgan,laju ja dia call..nk claim 3 hari direct call pon x angkat...Tp baru2 ni call yg Sungai petani punya,dia ckp kami busy sebab Kes banjir selangor tu,so lori towing semua p selangor tarik..so yg kt tempat cik (penang),dh x dk lori towing..Alasan dia bg mmg cm bangang gila,mmg nanti ada accident kt penang ni,bleh parking tepi dlu sbb Selangor banjir,abes tu mampus la yg lain2 tu..agak2 ah nk kencing pon,x kn 100% towing nk p sana..Abes tu kami yg keta rosak ni mcm mana?call pon payah nak angkat,ada apps asyik tulis access denied ja...
5 star untuk sapa2 nk feel feeling kena scam or diberi fake hope ..boleh cuba
 If you feel like you've been scammed with sweet promises like free towing like that..please subscribe to insurance with this company ... Maw the car broke down in the middle of the highway to which niche, did he sleep on the side of the road it seems..Call towing services from people, who the voice of the robot re -docked the same thing..3 days I called nk towing between workshops, 3 days the robot answered "u are no 3 in queue", last2 had to spend their own money as well as call towing outside .100 km free towing promised in the policy, until after xdk..Call HQ pon x angkat, call takaful ikhlas from another country pon x angkat..Up to Sarawak have pon call x angkat..What does it have customer service, try if you say nk subscribe, speed ja he call..nk claim 3 days direct call pon x lift ... Been here every year renew insurance. Please less talking and increase productivity. Hate been waiting for almost an hour for only 3 people ahead.
