★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frank Laurent Coffee Roasters - it started as a humble cafe few years back at Udini. They roast their coffee beans from various origins. Especially during roasting, the coffee aroma filled the air throughout the mall.
It has become a common coffee place for business meetings, casual gatherings and so on. From initial offering of just coffee, cakes and waffles, the menu has further add-ons with snacks and light meals to compliment its beverages list
Now it has expanded to several locations as far as SP, though some of them dont offer similar food menu.

order caramel cheese cake and houjicha latte, both never let me down.
crowded, so a bit noisy.
some workers there are impolite especially there is a girl, she should only work on barista, because she don't know how to serve customer, very impolite.
can use frank laurent app to superfreeze coffee and pick up.
their signature is the super freeze coffee that can be bought home and make your own coffee.
It is very easy only.
They also have latte art course. Can consult them for detail

Food: I order carbonara but the sauce only taste milk.
Service: They didn’t inform that drink n food collect at different places. I know it’s self-service but…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe need to order at the counter first then have to do self service to pick up the food and drinks u order from DIFFERENT counter(opposite side), which actually confusing and kinda inconvenient to customer, since even the bell rang I couldn't know whether is my drink or my food that was ready. In my case, I have ordered a salmon fiesta and grilled chicken bolognese. There was some part of grilled chicken that was non-fully cooked and it really doesn't have any taste. While for the salmon, it taste like not very fresh I guess.. and the pricing was quite expensive as well..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, and very friendly staff. The tea is refillable. I recommend to try the pistachio ice cream ( not too sweet) and also the matcha cake.
Chocolate cake was nice too.
Location can accommodate a large group of 6-8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. The open concept is good but recommend please keep stock/goods tidy. The bagel is nice and the staff is friendly. First time visit, order bagel get free coffee. The staff ask me to install their app and surprisingly 1 more free coffee on next purchase. If you looking for a place for coffee and work, this is the place.
