β β β β β I have been buying my D24 from Durian Bear. It is good in quality and I would like to share a story about their professionalism. During flash sale, I bought 2 packages of D24 and received 1 free gift of another package of D24. I also bought the D24 frozen package just for the sake of try and compare between fresh and frozen in term of taste. I opened and tasted, unfortunately, one out of three packages was watery in flesh. I took a picture and sent it to the Durian Bear. A very prompt responds from the Durian Bear and they shared a link for durian replacement form. I filled the form in the morning, uploaded the picture and on the afternoon, I received the replacement without any additional fees. Kudos to Durian Bear to prove their professionalism. However, in regards to my story of comparing fresh vs frozen, apparently both are nice!. It is like having a durian ice cream. Keep up the great work Durian Bear and see you soon on the other Flash Sale!

β β β β β I bought 3 musang king, price after discount is RM205. Delivery on time and good packaging. But the durian taste not like musang king. Out of 3 only 1 pack taste close to musang king, the other 2 no taste at all and abit hard ( even worst than normal durian at pasar malam). Suspect not genuine musang king.

β β β β β The young bosses I knew them when they first started Durian Kaki n supported them n when they changed to Durian Bear n continue to support . Very friendly , professional and good quality n good value . They response to your complaint if any n will replace . Iβve never tried any contest in FB and tried here n never expect to get foc musang king . Today 7.15pm ordered n received before 8pm . Will continue to support n recommended !

β β β β β Iβm stuck in my campus because of this EMCO, but craving of durian crazily. Durian Bear made everything better ? I got D13 cause Iβm broke but SATISFIED! Not isi buruk, no isi berair, masam and whatnot. They taste amazing. Fast delivery too. Said will be delivered between 4pm-8pm and got mine at 4:58pm. Thomas (the customer service guy on the website) also was super helpful & responsive.
PS: I inserted a note asking for an inspiration note because stress week at Uni, they gave me free jelly kelapaaaaa! And lovely note too. Gambateh!
Will repeat soon, definitely! xx

β β β β β Let me start by saying I do realize we're living in crazy times right now and we're all just trying to get by. But I'm also paying a premium price for durians to be delivered to my doorstep. I finally got my order at 9:35pm tonight. The window of delivery was between 4pm and 8pm. I don't know about everyone else, but no durian (I don't care how good it is) is worth waiting 5 and 1/2 hours for.
Updated 6/30: For what it's worth, the Musang King was excellent! Adding another star for Durian Bear, the delivery service still sucks though. :)
