Appointment 830am. Wait till 930am my car still not services. And there are 12++ people in queue.
Talk to counter staff and was told some Technician is late/havent arrive.
What the hxxl is this kind of services.
What's the point of me do early appointment, Wake up 730 and arrive at services centre at 825? If your Technician are not there???
