We returned for servicing and found a new servicing center, really very pleasant. Mr. Raqiv is an asset to the company. Well groomed and spoken, always polite and helpful. The new office smells nice, is well air-conditioned, spacious, bright and clean, the best we ever found in Malaysia. All staff are friendly and helpful. Only felt puzzled about possible up selling for new car battery. My Axia is less than four years and in top shape, with my battery being well maintained, I was told Voltage was below 9V. If that was indeed correct, how come I never experience startup Problems?
