★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for highlights and asked for a natural highlight and instead got chunky orange highlights. Previously went there for a haircut and that was well done but definitely WILL NOT go back for highlights!

The person who wash my hairs had long nails, she wasn't massaging my head but was scratching my head the whole time, so painful despite i had told her about it. Person who cut my hair skill is below average.
