First off all, i swear I'm those who usually won't do any complaints. this is the first time im giving review on a saloon. Because this is worse.
On starting was a ladies do for me.
Suddenly the rude barber come to help and put on a self-righteous look. Insist on grabbing to show himself.
His technique was worse and rude. Pulled my hair with super harder. Even the comb keep rudely scraped to my face when I blew my hair.
Even i told him with a smile that I'm feeling hurt. He show a hand ?๏ธstop me and ignore me.
He totally disrespect for customers.
I definitely won't go there again.
And NOT RECOMMENDED!

and the hair stylist Kenny is really professional , he always make my hair nicely and easy to take care, I always feel relieved to let him do my hair.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience. Initially I went on weekend to color my hair in their salon I was told to come on Tuesday. I even called a day before she asked me to come at 8pm tomorrow which is Tuesday!went there ...there u go she ask me hello what is the time y u come at this hour???!I was puzzle sorry what ??!!!u asked me to come at 8pm since u guys are closing at 10pm!!?really disappointed with their customer service not even bothered to take responsibility of their over promised staff.my request to the management if u guys can't provide partular service on the day/at the moment pls DO Not WASTE ur client time that really helpful and we can find other alternative rather last minute surprises like this!!?
