★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquire 3 times on the retainer price, the staff told me 200 for traditional wire retainer and 400 for invasalign.
Done register and molding everything , i indicate that i want traditional retainer, they want to charged me 350 for the retainer.
I asked why?? The staff told me she mistakenly inform me the wrong price, 3 times also mistakenly inform.
It make me feel like its a con clinic.
Also its not hygene as before i did my mold, dentist dint even clean my teeth or Anything.
I ended up not doing it here because as consumer i felt like cheated and super not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap-reasonable price and the doctors are friendly. You won’t find any pretty nurse serving you but you will get a good and honest dental service that cost much less compare with other dental clinic around in Penang.
Call for booking, because their schedule is very full due to their pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u are the really patient people then congratulation u find the right place ! alway let customer wait 1hour and above , never make appointment on time !! They also allowed who late coming and jump into queue line. So please don’t be stupid person go to appointment, just walk in and jump in the queue line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope G dental make this things seriously, I made my appointment at 11am, they asked me to wait for 45 mins , okay fine. After 45 mins they ask me to wait for another 45 mins mins. This is seriously wasting my time! And the staff Winnie , show her really bad attitude towards customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm here bcus of suggestion from friend. Their orthodontics really cheap, RM 2,500 incl upper,bottom,mold and retainer. (Installment available). I have done my orthodontics (traditional type) successfully. Just that the staff here always look so tired and no passion at work. Haha. It is also very important to make an appointment 1st before u want to be here. During Sunday and Monday will be crowded heavily (bcus of the orthodontics.) If u really want to do your orthodontics in a cheaper way, u can consider here, but make sure u have a lot of time and patience to wait. Even though u come in the correct appointment time, u still may need to wait for 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a ripoff, wasted my time for 6 sessions of root canal treatment just for filling and end of the day the filling came off and pretty much the 2nd son which is the taller one just wants money and keep on pushing me for a crowning. I rejected the offer and he literally make a sloppy job literally filling my tooth without a proper shape and it turned yellow after a while. Went to KL dentist to get it done and just few hours a perfect filling done. Even the KL dentist asked who the hell did this to your teeth. Highly not recommended. Should've sued them for putting anger to patch up my broken tooth. lucky they still surviving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE, RUDE AND RUDE. If I were given an option to rate half a star, I will. Heck I will not give any star. I understood well that nowadays is all about appointment basis. My wife been having toothache for 3 days now. We went to this clinic just to be greeted by this rude receptionist (Think so). I asked her do you accept any walk in cases. She said yes to which she immediately asked for what reason? And of course i said toothache. She didn’t even bother to ask the duration of the pain or is it very painful? No. She just waved a ‘no no’ hand straight to my face and continued doing her work. No ‘sorry’, no proper explanation. For a second she’s well versed and suddenly she’s a mute. Toothache is not a joke. Please improve your customer service G Dental. Please. To the receptionist (yellow coloured hair girl) if you’re not even bothered to improve or not reading this review at all, I pray that one day, if your family or someone close to you ever had an excruciating pain anywhere on their body they will be chased out by the clinic/hospital that they’ve visited and told ‘Sorry we only accept appointment cases’. Don’t even think that you’re soo great just because you have a lot of customers.
