β β β β β Iβve come to found out about my kidβs teeth condition and initially agreed to get a myobraces for him but then I kind of awestruck by the amount that they want me to pay. Theyβre okay since I told them I donβt have a thousand to pay and Iβll pay other amount next time as it is such a huge amount. The problem occurred after that. When I went back home, my mother said that they had been persuading her to get him myobraces since previous visit. Iβve called them several times to make sure that they can refund my money that Iβve paid. At first, they told me they only charged for RM80. The next time they called, they can only refund the balance of RM20. That sums up total of RM130 altogether for the visit and everything. The way they handle customer is not good. They should be more precise and shouldnβt make customers confused about the charges. They should advise people carefully and make sure people understand about their rate beforehand. Iβve been into a specialist clinic for years. This one here is such a huge disgrace.

β β β β β Had my lower back molar and premolar upper tooth removed on Friday 22nd Oct. I would say Dr.Michelle was one of the best dentist I've ever met. Done deal in 30 minutes. Quick recovery because of her precision. Really recommend the place.
P/S: She is there only on Fridays,so fix an appointment.

β β β β β Had a consultatation by Dr. Ng. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with all the concerns I had and was very upfront and honest about the treatments and his recommendations. Definitely cares about patient health first. Will definitely seek come again to do my dental work, really recommend it!
