★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car wash experience ever. Paid RM50 for "premium car wash, vacuum and interior sanitizer". Received a wash less than what the regular roadside car wash could offer. The interior wasn't vacuumed properly. Dirts in the exterior are still there. Dishonest job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse car wash I ever experienced, customer service and quality at Tropicana Mall outlet. Paid RM 40 for their so called premium wash end up worse than the RM 10 car wash. So many negative things to say. So so regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive all the way there in hopes of getting the car polished, have the interior leather polished, wash and vacuumed.. the supervisor said they aren’t taking any customers now when they are suppose to be closing at 9pm.. they were only washing 2 cars and one of them was wiped down. It was 530pm when I arrived.. they weren’t even apologetic about it..
