★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently refurbished cineplex. You can buy your tickets and your food from the ticketing machine but it is payment by card or electronic wallet.
Add: tickets and snacks can now be purchased separately at different times.

Nice and cozy place.
Only the small ball inside the playground in theater area is no more suitable for 2022. We are still in covid-19 era, this kind of small balls inside the playground area is not hygiene and not easy to maintain the cleanliness.
And not forgot to mention, my baby got his HMFD after after we having our weekend here. ?
Overall the playground outside theater room is nice and clean, toilet also clean, got costa coffee which is nice and cozy.
GSC just need improvement in their idea to provide a safe comfort and clean playground for the kids. Just eliminate those mini balls.
I would like to repeat but onto next playplus gsc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Dr Strange. The staff is kind and helpful. The hall is comfortable with good leg spaces. The seat is leather kind. The aircond blast is great too. The popcorn is great ! Great experience and will come again for next movies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here with my kid and sat on 4 seater seats, it's comfortable and the ticket for the 4 seater is 52rm exclusive of popcorn and drink bundle for 12rm. There's a big slide at the edge of the movie as you saw on my picture, generally if you didn't bring kids, just dot go qith the play+ studio cos it's super noisy, literally you are watching in the playground if the kids is crowded ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self service ticketing kiosks were all working, although there was one out of order a few weeks ago.
Overall their area were clean. Waiting area quite spacious. The mini playground is a good touch
Seats inside the cinema are good and comfortable for at least 2.5 hours. Toilets are clean and mostly dry.
Finding a car park bay is usually easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The play+ hall/lounge is the best i've been too. Socks is compulsory in this area. (They sell at the counter too for RM3/pair)
Huge hall, toilet also nearby in one area. The slide is awesome! Kids don't want to leave this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the shopping mall is literally dying with many shops shut and little to no patrons, the GSC in this mall has good facility - especially Play+, theatre that cater for children moviegoers.
Car park is empty and easy to get parking. Also easy to get movie tickets as not many come here.
It has a playground area prior to entering the theatre, complete with reading area filled with children books, children washroom, nursing room and adult washroom. Very spacious and clean.
You need to remove shoes ans wear socks for these areas and theatre.
In the threaten you will find a huge slide and ball pool to entertain the little ones.
There are 3 types of seats - single red couch at the forefront, double orange couch in the middle, and 4 seater blue couch at the back. They come in different ticket price.
Light is not fully dimmed during movie, for the safety of the children.
