β β β β β Bad experience, I'm choosing a phone case then a staff told my husband they're close at 9pm but it only 8:50pm. Please train your staff how to be good retail assistant. Definitely will not buying any product from here.

1. This shop sent the wrong product to the customer
2. Given a second chance to redeem themselves - customer offered to go to the shop for exchange
3. Customer confirmed the opening hours
4. After 1 hr travel, customer arrived within opening hours
5. Shop was closed
I am astonished to have encountered this level of absence in professionalism at this age of business.
Not recommended to buy from them regardless of how cheap they are selling on 12.12, until they can prove that they value customerβs time

Store does not respect customers time. Wont recommend.
Update: Admin replied stock was available at warehouse, will only deliver to shop if needed. There you go, shows the respect they have for their customers time.
