β β β β β Was looking for a hamster for my son. Walked into the shop, did all the temperature scanning and fill up details by myself. Asked the staff whether they're selling hamster, answer me with a mad face and said no. PLEASE DO TREAT AND ATTEND YOUR CUSTOMER POLITELY, no matter what task you're on during the time. I'm working in service field and your body language tells people everything!

β β β β β The staff there are always friendly and helpful. They offer good service. The pet enclosures are always kept clean. Perhaps, the range and availability of various pet products can be improved and this would make it the pet centre in Cheras.

β β β β β This is a chain pet store that you can find in many areas around KL and Selangor. It has a wide range of dog and cat food and supplements. Subscribe to become member will get extra discount. They have puppies and kittens for sale, every time I visit these puppies will welcome customers with wiggly tail and their cute barking sound. Grooming and spa service is also available here. Although I have never brought my dog for grooming, I saw they have regular customer bring their pets for grooming. Overall service by their staff is good and the shop is well organized and clean.

β β β β β My dog goes here for grooming. The experience has been good so far. Groomers are skillful and always did a good job. Their grooming room is shield with glass and not hidden or blocked off. U can see the condition and the grooming progress.

β β β β β Not hygiene, very dissappointed. Used to go there to buy dog food but after change management, the whole shop is so so dirty. Not only inside the shop even the walk way in front of the shop also dirty.

β β β β β Contact your pet groomer but didn't answer the call, end up number not in service. The customer service in your cashier counter didn't help at all, poor customer service. Also, less item to sell in the store. Then, how I'm gonna use my member privileged? I still have two more time can use! And also the belated birthday voucher βΉοΈ
