โ โ โ โ โ Turned away by the nurse although I arrived 15 minutes before closing time (despite rushing from office through heavy traffic) for follow up check-up. Never went back.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience with the doctor (Asokan). Doesn't have empathy & human touch. Often passes remarks & statements which offended me. Upon explaining my situation, he compared me with his mum & wife which I'm not interested to know. As a Doctor, he should be more understanding instead of being arrogant. I'm very upset & disappointed with the way I was treated. It's not a FOC treatment but being charged. This is my second experience.
On my first experience, he was rushing me by giving reasons that 'the nurses has dates' since the clinic was about to close. There wasn't any proper consultation except providing a scan copy & I was charged quite expensive for a short consultation with him.
I truly feel this is not a proper way of treating patients.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor (Dr Asokan) is an excellent doctor. Very polite, understanding and punctual. I have been following up with him for the past 11 years and have never had bad service from him. His nurses are not very good in terms of service, but they are just a minor stain. Overall, I am very impressed by this clinic, especially this doctor. Thank you Dr Asokan.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor will very patient to explain everything in detail if you don't understand. And important is he willing to listen what problem you facing or your situation. Not like others you haven't tell finish they already "assuming" your problem.
Environment is clean, affordable price and helpful nurse.
Have been here a few times, but I never feel any bad services from all the nurses, because I knew I'm not came for spa or massage. Just be fair and everything starts with a smile.
Thanks Dr. Asokan. Highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Been here before to check if i have a Fibroid because I never done a check up, bcs I went to a Malay Traditional massage, the lady said something not oky with my stomach. So I went to check with the doctor, heโs being sarcastic n not professional at all, by saying that he already 40years in that field, how come the lady know bla bla bla n done check he said i dont have fibroid. 1 month later i got pregnant n went to a clinic at balakong for dating scan. They clinic ask me to refer hospital because i have a big fibroid. Very bad experience with this doctor!!!! ????????????

Wont simply charge expensive price
2)Nurse reach there By 8am to do cleaning
Dnt ask why i knew. Because i reached there(7:30am) after sending my children to school.
3)Nurse here : Malay, Indian and Chinese
Thats conveniet for any race of clients to visit
4)Actually all Nurse here are experienced. Just they dont like to talk much and smile. They did their jobs well.
