★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good. However, when appointment is set at a specific time, and when i arrived on time, i have to wait at least 20 minutes everytime. Also a review for the front desk girl who answers the phone, long hair pony tail with an undercut, she has got a bad attitude customer service. Lisa the previous girl was much friendlier and approachable. This new girl needs to improve on herself with customers.

2 boxes urinary s/o n 1 bag 1.5kg dry food. Both are Royal Canin costed Rm195.
I was supposed to get 4 pouch sachet clip since i bought 2boxes as stated on the box, however the clinic assistant says one customer., only get one unit. As again, stated in the box itself, per box purchase you get two free gift. I don't know if the purpose is to resell back the free gift or what but I will never come here again, dishonest and bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my preferred vet, good quality medicines and service, well explanation from the doctors and staff. They showed concern amd great care for my aging cats. The only downside is the standard size cage which can be quite small for big cat, i have a heavy thought if i were to send my cats for admission

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist who answers your phone is bloody rude! Wanted to make an appointment for my cat and she asked loudly, “WHO ARE YOU??”. What kind of question is that? I gave her my cat’s name (mind you, we have been here many times) and she kept repeating it wrongly. If she is not that good in English, no need for her to act so aggressive!
Other than that, the vets are great and I trust their judgement. Just need to train your receptionist who answers your phone to stop talking like a crazy person to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and follows SOPs very well. Need to wait a little bit during my appointment due to emergency cases that came in earlier. I choose to wait outside due to COVID cases. I know the vet is doing their best at that time. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor. Both staff n vets explain everything concisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my dog here. Friendly, attentive staff and my dog loves them. I can tell when my dog’s happy or not after a vet visit or grooming session. She was calm and relaxed after I picked her up from G Vet. I recommend them for their good job: cleanest grooming on my dog ever in KL that I’ve tried, neat haircut (Basic but that’s what I wanted. Hygiene is more important), and most importantly my dog was well cared for. They were patient with my very active dog ?. Thank you, G Vet team. A bit more pricey than other vets but that was due to my dog’s skin and renal issue.
