★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say Dr. Syafiqa is a very loving vet even when I have the fussiest dog. My baby ?boi has just been spayed this week. Dr. Syafiqa is very patient with my Bossku. He stayed for a night. I was allowed to bring his pee pee pad, toys, water, food and basket from home so that he won't feel so home sick. Dr. Shafiqa sent me a video of how he was doing before the clinic closes. I truly appreciate this. It helps me to ease the anxiety as I missed him so much as he was crying and howling non stop right after the surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vet in Ampang area. charges reasonably, accurate diagnosis, & not prescribing nonsense medicine/vitamins so could extra charge. I was seeing another Vet in Ampang, 1 week and 2 visits and still my cat did not recover from her diarrhea. Dr Lau from One Ampang gave her a diff antibiotic, & gave a drip bcos she was so weak already. also just offered me if i want to buy the royal canine can food for recovery that will help the kitten eat its medicine. my cat was looking better the next day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the boy should know the sensitivities abt just ignoring someone's dog to go around inside the clinic and approaching people. As Muslim we don't hate dog, the dog is cute tho and we know that the dog just wanna play. It's just to avoid from another level of cleaning and i was in rushing, quite tired too while waiting for my turn due to SOP. I hope he and everyone understand this. Guess if the dog touches our clothes who gonna clean it? Him? Another auntie too seems uncomfy. Should alert and know when people around you react. It's called common sense. Ok, so about the treatment I had my female cat spayed. The stiches seems good and recovered fast. Dr Syafika was really friendly and am happy coz I know she loves her job. When i wanna pick my cat had to wait for an hour but luckily am an understanding customer so i dont really mind. Still i give 5 stars by the way she treats my cat. Quite pricey but am satisfied enough. But my cat keep 'screaming' at night. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here. I am impressed at their efficient service upon arrival. The vet clinic is beautiful, very clean and very organized. They have a separate consultation room specially for cats and another one specially for dogs. The vet doctor is very professional and very gentle with my cats, very informative, too! All the staffs are very courteous. I will definitely bring my cats here again.
