★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regretfully, bought a dress for our 9 yo kid from here in early December’21. The dress size didnt fit, so we went back to exchange. But most of the dress sizes >12 were not in stock or no variety. So we requested the ladies there to refund since we cannot find anything that would fit our kid and there werent stock. But they were extremely inflexible saying we cannot refund since its written on reciept (which is ok) but if you dont have stock, no sizes , what do we exchange with . Even H&M have done it for us in such a situation. But these ladies unfortunately made us buy this pathetic low quality dress , which after being worn once has its stitching coming off( pictures are attached). And this is RM 280 (after discount).
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. LOW QUALITY, HIGH PRICES, NO CUSTOMER ORIENTATION and NO VARIETY AT ALL.
No wonder the shop never has any customer and we pray these ladies dont get any customers in future.

Gaagookids ????? As expected , a pathetic defensive and miser response blaming the customer for tearing off their own childs dress , ripping it off ???? and drilling holes into it. well done. That is the difference between a established brand and someone like yours. Blame the customer. ???
Perhaps you need a QC deptt on top of your QC deptt. Didnt your “amazing” sales person tell you that we even offered to deduct some amount from refund since you had nothing since all were so fast selling to invisible customers in the store.
Not interested in even walking past your rip off cheap quality store. No wonder your counter and sale ppl are eating or sleeping inside the room behind the counter. ???
An advice to all future customers: DO NOT BUY from this place , first low quality, 2nd prices third no sizes. And you will be “forced” to exchange for a smaller size or something.
