β β β β β they have quite a significant amount of false alarms i suggest check your alarms because i bought an item and while i went out an alarm triggered for no reason and caused some major drama

β β β β β Waste of time trying to call the outlets. Its the same, probably centrallised, answering system which is hardly audible and one gets cut off after a few minutes. Poor!!!

β β β β β One of the many outlets mushroomring in Klang Valley shopping malls since they started in Malaysia few years ago. Pricing is on the higher side since most products are imported. Pricing would not stop consumers from going since they have their own designs and lines of clothing. Place is quite pack but at least no need to line up to enter the store like their first outlet opened in Lot 10.

β β β β β The place is near De Gems Store n near to HSBC BANK....near escalator too..very prime area..the store is huge for mens.. womens..kids..accessories..bag.shoes..jewelleryn cosmetic got here..n for mens got thing for sports ...very clean fitting room n staff is good..ex the counter only have 1 staff..need to wait very long..pls improved ya??????

β β β β β Itβs write extended hours, and I chose my cloths around 9.10pm. To my surprise both the changing room is closed. The best part one of the room was open and the guys told me this;
1. Sir the changing room is closed.
2. If you donβt want u can leave the cloth here.
I was puzzled, 1st itβs written extended hours. 2nd if extended hours y close the changing room an hour earlier? 3rd I know HnM has exchange policy, they could have told us to buy first and if any issues can exchange it later but their employee did the opposite like they donβt want our business.
