★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gajah Mada is an Indonesian cuisine type of restaurant. However, it's one of the most confusing restaurant I have been to. Firstly, the entrance of the restaurant is through another restaurant presumably under the same chain. There's a Dimsum restaurant and a fast food restaurant...so it was quite confusing. Secondly, the self service ordering system took us 15mins at least to process and we had to finally get help at the end. Finally, we had to figure out how to pay? The concept of co-sharing made this restaurant look more like a food court. Well, my guess is that Malaysian consumers won't mind all these if the food is good. However in my opinion the food is tasteless, the grilled chicken I had was very hard and dry. None of my other colleagues that joined me for lunch enjoyed the food here. And if all that wasn't bad enough...the Service was also so bad that we had to circle around to get help from the staff. The supposedly aircond place was really hot and stuffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good foods. Chilies are fresh and spicy. Service OK. Ambience OK. Ordered the promotion buy 2 free 1 but they entered the wrongly into system, thus voided the promotion. Discounted 50% for the 3rd order. Paid a little higher than supposed total price.
