★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Good quality brunch with good quality coffee. The robot servers are cute and a step forward for automation!
Cons: Selection of brunch food is rather limited. Plug points for laptops for you to do your work is limited. Carefully select your seat that has a plug point if you plan to work for a couple of hours.
I came here once for brunch so my review is slanted towards my experience in having brunch. Overall, if you are looking for a decent brunch cafe in Ara Damansara in which you can later do grocery shopping then look no further. This cafe is located at Citta Mall which has a supermarket, electrical stores, hardware store and other shops at your convenience so you can complete your shopping chores after a hearty meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet cafe restaurant following good SOPs , taking temperature , checking customers for vaccination certs, all staff are wearing masks, tables are distant and best thing is we are served by robots! Ordered grilled seabass n latte for lunch, was yummy. Couldn't help ordering another latte as it's on promotion RM5! Good value for money ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy and good ambience for a peaceful cup of coffee. Located at ground level in Citta Mall, suitable for all husbands and boyfriends to have a sip while waiting for the love one doing their chores or shopping (and think about damage control steps). Exactly what I did when my wife going crazy at Harvey Norman clearance sales. Damage control didn't work as what I expected, but I get a cup of coffee.
The place itself provide friendly servers and plenty of seating capacity. I would say reasonably extensive food menu available as well, although I just had a slice of blueberry cheesecake and a cup of flat white so I can't comment on food quality.
Coffee was ok, maybe 3.5 or 4 out of 5, easily better than Starbucks or CBTL but not up to say a real Melbourne coffee. It is acceptable and I won't think twice to come again whenever I am in nearby area. Cake was a little dry, probably I would rate as 3 out of 5.
Plenty of car park available as the place is in a mall and the environment in the cafe are pleasant. To conclude I would say worth a visit and definitely give you a better coffee than a major coffee chain on the same floor next to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the portions can be about 10-15% bigger and have a slightly more consistency in saltiness it'd be 5 stars. Recently a staff named Esther is providing extraordinary level of customer service. Should train all staffs to be like her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here last weekend. Will be my 1st and last time patronizing this place.
Cafe was only 1/4 filled yet the wait staff were extremely disorganised.
One of my orders was forgotten despite informing 2 different waiters. When asked about it at the counter, not only were they unapologetic, it took effort to make them understand about the missing order.
Only the person who finally serve the missing order apologised.
1. Unstable Internet connection. Kept getting disconnected from the online menu.

3. The flat white was nothing to shout about. There are better and cheaper ones out there.
4. Match latte tasted dominantly of milk with a hint of matcha.
5. Ordered 2 curry chicken pies. 1 arrived early, the other arrived only 30mins later despite only needing to microwave it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time here and I am loving it! We went there with party of 8 and had to wait a while for our food since there was already quite a few people there. But when the food was served we got all that we ordered within less than a minute apart so we can all eat at the same time which is great. All the food taste good. Orange butter cake and Beef Chilli Con Carne deserve a special mention tho. Service is tip top!

Comfortable environment.
Big layout.
Coffee was strong and less bitterness or acidity.
Cake, Early Grey Orange slice, was soft but too sweet for me.
Good friendly service.
Lucky has card copy menu.
I am not a fan of QR code menu.
