The only consolation is there are two rooms with queen bed and equipped with aircond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of essential appliances such as dirty and rusty water heater, no iron clothes, rice cooker, dirty toilet, dirty cabinet, and worse of all you need to pay an absurd amount of money per night (rm175) compared to other homestay. Think twice before staying here.

No gas burner and washing machine.
2 bedrooms with queen bed and aircond the other room has 2 single beds and ceiling fan.
