Enjoy the view of the palace of golden horses and mines lake as well.

The garden , Dealing with the building's bodyguards feels like you are living in a private army camp not in your residence, so it is better to move for another building nearby.
You can’t invite your friend to your apartment and also you can’t invite anyone as friends or family members to visit you
The elevator always bad must time you got one elevator and two under Maintenance
No body listening to complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management was improved. Guard house entrance with new access card & gate. Environment is clean. View was nice which facing golden horse. New MRT is coming soon. Property Price was in low price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management very very bad. I spent 3 months chasing them for my access card. The security guards also didn't allow me to enter and I used to register my name every day. After that, I have to try to go to floor 9 and imagine how to go up without access card. So I used the staircase. It's like an army camp not a residence.
The worst management in Taman Serdang Perdana.

I DONT KNOW WHY NEED TO SPEND ON FEES, WHEN YOUR LIFT BUTTON IS MISSING, FIRE DOOR CAN.'T OPEN, IMAGINE IF ANY FIRE HAPPEN, TENANTS CAN'T ESCAPE DUE TO UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR???? THE CARD ACCESS ALSO TAKE DAYS TO FINISHED. JUST WASTING OTHERS TIME AS IT FINEST!!!!
